Mr. Oleskevich is the Dean of Students at Severance Middle School. "Mr. O", as most students call him, loves his position because it allows him to interact with students of all grade levels. The Dean position is not just a disciplinarian; it is also a position from which Mr. O can support student academics, the building of social skills as well as serving as a conduit between parents and school. Mr. Oleskevich has been working in the Weld RE-4 School District for over 10 years. He has a BS in psychology with a minor in political science from Colorado State University. Mr. Oleskevich teaches 6th Grade Social Studies in addition to his role as Dean of Students.
